The project had a clear goal: to create distinct outdoor entertaining spaces that complement each other seamlessly. One of the key features was the pool, strategically enhanced by a row of Ariel Hornbeam trees positioned along the rear edge of the site. This design choice added aesthetic appeal and served as a connecting element between the two new outdoor areas.

The living area, designed to be comfortable throughout most of the year except for the coldest winter months, ingeniously navigated through various challenges posed by Village codes. This ensured that the space met regulatory requirements and maintained its functionality and charm.

During warm weather evenings, the scene transformed as guests strolled across the expansive lawn area to reach a generously sized dining table set within a beautifully illuminated allee. This inviting setup provided the perfect ambiance for enjoyable outdoor dining experiences.

The project was completed in 2021, showcasing a harmonious blend of practicality, aesthetic appeal, and compliance with regulatory standards, resulting in a truly memorable outdoor entertainment space.
